All open world content level adjusts you to the appropriate level, so that is still open to you. So literally everything is open to you.

Cooking costs at maximum 3gold with a 50 silver return to get it from 0-400. Which even beginners should have. Jeweler would be ~8 gold initial with 1.5 gold return. Which you probably have before you reach lvl 70 as well.Most others are around 25 gold. Cooking is a great first profession in my book.

schnerbst. • 1 yr. ago. I would suggest something like this for core mesmer: BUILD. Long range, big dmg, lots of tanking done by your clones. one of the safest glass canon builds i've played so far. Also transitions seamlessly into a phantasm chrono if you want to take it to the next level. Nightcrawl-EUW.
Dungeons! Most of the dungeons come between 75-80, and I know if you just hit 80 you don't have enough tokens for that super awesome looking gear you want from that one dungeon to make your character look completely badass. Go. Grind. Get it!! You no longer need experience, so everything you do should be with purpose.
At level 80, the first thing you should do is finish the main story in Guild Wars 2. The story takes you through the world of Tyria and this gives you the opportunity to unlock extra waypoints . This comes in handy when you want to return to a specific place for an event or collection.
Yes, after leveling with ToK and ofc the 80-boost, crafting is still the less time consuming way of leveling. You are gonna need to level ~3 professions tho, since they give you roughly 7 levels each IF I'm not mistaken If he's missing 1 proffesion at 500 he'd like to get there anyway, it's doable with 2. So, levelscaling in GW2 seems to be a very unified thing in GW2, and it is applied everywhere. So im leveling a warrior, currently lvl 42 just roaming the lands doing hearts and exploring lands (feels good been a while since ive explored new lands in an MMO), but if i get to a lvl 1-15 or 15-30 area, it still takes me a good few hits and time

The build works fairly easy. Most things just activate passive while you play. Just be sure, to dodge regularly, you'll get a lot of protection and extra dmg, if you keep up your resolution buff. Regular swapping between the legends is also highly recommended (basically on CD).

In Guild Wars 2 your character doesn't get [substantially] better the more hours you play, you do. ^ Being in BiS gear means close to nothing if you don't know how to play the game because of the active-combat system.

I just hit level 80 in-game, i'm not through the core story yet but i'm working on that, after core i'm planning on doing other story content as chronologically as possible. How does one acquire ascended gear? I grabbed a full set of exotic from the TP for cheap (mix of berserker stats and vit for survivability) so that should be good enough for now, but i'd like to upgrade at some point. Didn
Now I've just reached Level 80 and am halfway through my level 80 Personal Story. But now I've hit a roadblock. So I've been playing on the main Tyria map and my experience bar has gotten full. As far as I can work out, I can now transfer this bar to Mastery Points. HOWEVER I can't start training Masteries unless I play one of the expansions.
