It's the original game from 2002. The Definitive Edition is a modern remake. Mafia "definitive edition " is a disgrace to the original game, absolute shitshow. The main character is a lifeless goon, no charm at all, and same goes with pretty much the rest of the characters ( anyone remember the first game cast, it was excellent, characters there had actual style, cool voices and everyone did not sound the same like this uy23.
